Technical Solution Architect Consulting (myAvatar)

Location: Overland Park, Kansas, United States. Travel is expected up to 20% of the time, with occasional extended or irregular hours to support clients and projects across multiple time zones. Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

What you will do

• Design, develop, modify, test, validate, and maintain enterprise reports using ActiveReports and ActiveReports.NET.
• Build report functionality including grouping, sorting, filtering, parameters, calculated fields, conditional formatting, charts, subreports, and exports.
• Consult with clients on workflows, solution design, system optimization, upgrades, enhancements, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
• Translate complex business requirements into scalable solutions and actionable reporting capabilities.
• Provide knowledge transfer, manage client expectations, resolve escalated issues, and support project delivery.
• Coach and guide solution teams on recommended methodologies and practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant work experience.
• At least 4 years of healthcare information technology implementation or consulting experience.
• At least 3 years of enterprise report development experience with ActiveReports and/or ActiveReports.NET.
• At least 3 years of SQL experience, including joins, subqueries, aggregate functions, and data validation.
• At least 1 year of project management experience.
• Strong communication, documentation, presentation, analytical, and client relationship skills across technical, clinical, and operational teams.

Nice to have

• At least 2 years of experience working with hirify.global EHR solutions.
