Director of Analytics and Reporting (Genesys, Workday, ServiceNow)

Location: Remote within the United States; Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm. Company headquarters: Madison, Wisconsin.

What you will do

• Lead the analytics and reporting practice as a strategic thought leader, recommending solutions while managing capacity.
• Analyze business objectives and emerging information needs, including automation and information-processing requirements.
• Coordinate analytics and reporting design for large-scale, complex projects and evaluate appropriate technology solutions.
• Assess emerging software technologies and identify potential architecture, capacity, compatibility, and cost issues.
• Lead cross-functional matrix teams and manage analytics, reporting, and data transformation initiatives.
• Build an empowered leadership team and strengthen partner relationships through an end-user-focused operating model.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field, or an accepted equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 10 years of experience as a Data Analyst, Software Engineer, or closely related professional in an IT managed services organization, including 2 years in leadership or solution architecture.
• 10 years of experience in global IT managed services, including Service Desk and Application Management delivery.
• 8 years of experience implementing managed services platforms including Genesys, Workday, and ServiceNow, with responsibility for reporting requirements and performance metrics.
• 7 years of experience designing operational metrics, dashboards, and reporting frameworks using IT managed services tools.
• 5 years of experience aligning data strategy with business objectives and driving delivery-process improvements. Experience may be gained concurrently.
