Reporting Analyst (Healthcare)

What you will do

• Set up and automate standard reporting requests for clients.
• Work with Implementation, Account Management, Client Delivery, and Operations to define reporting requirements.
• Triage requests and determine whether they can be supported through Genesys, Calabrio, Empower, or standard Excel reporting.
• Build and update reports and configure automated delivery schedules.
• Analyze data discrepancies, identify sources of errors, and determine resolutions.
• Maintain timely reports from the ticketing system and improve standard reporting processes.

Requirements

• Strong technical aptitude and solid mathematical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Working knowledge of hirify.global products and reporting capabilities.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent interpersonal and writing skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with internal teams and external channel partners.
• Ability to work remotely from the United States.
