Finance & Legal Admin Executive (Web3)

What you will do

• Set up vendors in internal systems and support timely settlement of external bills.
• Maintain accurate budget and financial transaction records.
• Respond to administrative inquiries from cross-functional stakeholders and external vendors.
• Support workflow improvement, operational efficiency, and process automation initiatives.
• Coordinate meetings, training sessions, departmental events, onboarding, and administrative support for new joiners.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in financial administration.
• Strong interpersonal skills for collaboration with cross-functional teams, vendors, and stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned tasks.
• Ability to manage large volumes of documents with close attention to detail.
• Proficiency with large databases and spreadsheets.
• English and Mandarin bilingual proficiency required; adaptability to new technologies and tools.
