Member of Custody Operations, Digital Assets

Location: United States; remote workplace with mandatory in-person onboarding for all new hires

What you will do

• Support institutional clients by managing operational tasks, reviewing transactions, and approving client instructions.
• Execute end-to-end custody operations, including receiving, verifying, and reviewing transactions accurately and on time.
• Develop familiarity with product offerings, supported cryptocurrencies, tokens, protocols, staking, and governance.
• Collaborate with Client Experience, Sales, Compliance, and Product teams to resolve complex client requests.
• Develop internal reporting and presentations and support process improvements and new operational workflows.
• Participate in regular evening and weekend on-call rotations.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of professional experience in financial services and/or digital assets.
• Experience supporting institutional client operations in financial services or another heavily regulated industry.
• Familiarity with US Anti-Money Laundering requirements and traditional financial products and strategies.
• Experience supporting clients through chat, text, telephone, email, and video conferencing.
• Foundational knowledge of or strong interest in blockchain, crypto-economics, and security engineering.
• Ability to adapt quickly, learn new products and tools, identify risks, and escalate them appropriately.

Nice to have

• Experience with TRM, Notabene, or Jira.
