Digital Staff Engineer (AI)

What you will do

• Translate business needs into Digital & Analytics strategies, roadmaps, and executable solutions.
• Define project objectives, scope, methods, benefits, requirements, costs, timelines, and technical fit.
• Manage multiple complex projects, including scope, resources, risks, deliverables, and documentation.
• Coordinate Agile ceremonies, lead project meetings, remove obstacles, and communicate status and risks.
• Create and manage change management plans to drive stakeholder adoption and value capture.
• Partner with Johnson & Johnson Technology teams and coach team members in Agile frameworks.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related engineering discipline.
• 4–6 years of professional experience, including hands-on delivery of large and high-volume projects.
• Fluency in Spanish and English.
• Knowledge of manufacturing principles, project management, Agile frameworks, software delivery, and testing methodologies.
• Experience with risk management, subcontractor management, cross-functional collaboration, and virtual teams.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills and experience with UX/UI design and business visualization.

Nice to have

• Healthcare or highly regulated industry experience.
• PMP certification and working knowledge of project management tools.
• Scrum Master or Product Owner certification.
• Experience with talent management and development.
• Experience implementing emerging technologies such as Big Data, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Digital Twin, Robotic Process Automation, Cloud Computing, IoT, Business Intelligence, and Virtual Reality.
