Location: San Antonio, Texas, US; hybrid work with an average of 2 days per week in the office

What you will do

• Develop back-end services and front-end interfaces.
• Support modern, responsive web UI development.
• Integrate technologies and applications across development projects.
• Contribute to application development, user interface development, and system testing.
• Integrate advanced AI coding agents, including Claude Code or Gemini agentic workflows, into software engineering practices.
• Iterate rapidly with the development team and learn through regular guidance and challenging assignments.

Requirements

• U.S. citizenship is required.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government Security Clearance.
• High school diploma or equivalent and enrollment in a relevant bachelor's degree program with more than 60% of required credits completed.
• Programming experience with Java, Kotlin, Python, JavaScript, modern JavaScript frameworks, Node, or CSS.
• Knowledge of databases, query processing, SQL, RESTful web services, object-oriented programming, and software design practices.
• Experience with configuration management tools such as Git, Nexus, or Maven, plus troubleshooting, agile development, and teamwork skills.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of cloud technologies such as AWS or Azure.
• Experience with Linux.
• Current security clearance.
