Associate Operations Manager (Food Delivery)

Location: San Francisco, CA; onsite five days a week

Salary: $70,000–$78,000 per year, plus potential equity awards and an annual performance-based bonus.

What you will do

• Lead and train facility staff, manage schedules and performance, and coordinate janitorial operations.
• Oversee order fulfillment, customer service, facility operations, and health and safety compliance.
• Lead facility tours and sales discussions while building relationships with prospective restaurant partners.
• Manage restaurant partner onboarding, including permits, delivery platform setup, launch planning, support, and retention.
• Use KPI data for planning, reporting, goal setting, and facility-level P&L management.
• Inspect and maintain HVAC, refrigeration, water heating, and ice-making equipment; perform minor repairs and coordinate specialized vendors.

Requirements

• Two years of operations management experience preferred.
• Two years of employee management or assistant management experience preferred.
• Two years of restaurant management experience preferred.
• Two years of property management experience preferred.
• Ability to work onsite at the San Francisco office five days per week.
