Staff Product Manager (AI)

Location: 805 Respect, Bentonville, Arkansas, United States; home office role

Salary: $110,000–$220,000 annually, plus performance-based bonuses and possible stock compensation.

What you will do

• Lead strategy and end-to-end execution for complex products from discovery through value realization.
• Define multi-quarter product vision, roadmaps, go-to-market strategies, and adoption initiatives.
• Analyze customer and business needs through data analysis, journey mapping, design thinking, and experimentation.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Design, and Analytics on build, buy, and partner decisions, launch readiness, risks, and dependencies.
• Identify AI and automation opportunities for improved product capabilities and operational efficiency.
• Mentor product managers and strengthen customer-centric product management practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field and 7 years of product management experience, or 9 years of experience in product management or a related area.
• Experience leading product strategy and roadmap development for complex or multiple related products.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional influence skills.
• Expertise in data-driven decision-making, advanced analytics, and experimentation.
• Understanding of AI, automation, software product management, product lifecycle management, risk management, and dependency management.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience with consumer-facing, large-scale, highly complex B2B or B2C products.
• Knowledge of WCAG 2.2 AA, assistive technologies, and digital accessibility best practices.
