Senior Product Manager (Logistics)

Location: Chicago, IL; hybrid Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, with flexibility based on coverage.

Salary: $145,000–$160,000 per year, plus eligibility for annual performance incentives.

What you will do

• Own the brokerage platform capability roadmap and partner with Brokerage Operations to modernize business capabilities.
• Drive automation of workflows, process simplification, faster cycle times, and lower operational cost per load.
• Guide the evolution of a unified, secure, browser-based brokerage platform.
• Partner with Pricing, Data Science, Engineering, and Architecture on integrated pricing and execution capabilities.
• Define measurable product outcomes and use operational data and stakeholder feedback to refine priorities.
• Build alignment across a matrixed organization while balancing immediate operational needs with long-term technology investments.

Requirements

• 7+ years of Product Management experience leading enterprise software or digital platforms.
• Experience delivering business process automation and operational transformation with measurable outcomes.
• Experience partnering with Operations leaders in logistics, transportation, supply chain, or similarly complex environments.
• Strong understanding of modern SaaS applications, browser-based platforms, APIs, and enterprise technology ecosystems.
• Ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders, translate strategy into capability roadmaps, and operate in a highly matrixed organization.
• Strong analytical, communication, facilitation, prioritization, and executive presentation skills; a related bachelor's degree is preferred.
