Salary: $142,425–$259,050 annual base salary for U.S.-based roles; offers may vary by experience and geographic location.

What you will do

• Own product strategy and roadmaps for an assigned People & Places technology domain.
• Evaluate tools, vendors, and contracts and lead renewal, divestment, and consolidation decisions.
• Translate ambiguous employee and business problems into requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Partner with engineering and experience design teams from discovery through delivery and launch.
• Evaluate AI capabilities based on hirify.global's ownership and control of the underlying data and logic.
• Drive adoption, stakeholder alignment, KPI definition, dashboard development, and early risk identification.

Requirements

• Product management experience with the ability to independently set direction and make significant decisions.
• Ability to work with engineering, design, business leaders, and Centers of Excellence without direct authority.
• Ability to turn ambiguous problems into clear product requirements and measurable outcomes.
• Capability to build technical and domain fluency as tools and portfolio needs evolve.
• Role location: Portland, Oregon, United States.
