Recruiting Director

Location: Atlanta, Georgia, United States

Salary: $105,000–$135,000 per year, plus incentive compensation.

What you will do

• Develop and execute talent strategies aligned with business priorities, client demand, workforce trends, and growth objectives.
• Partner with Sales, Talent, and Consulting to identify capability gaps, anticipate demand, and match consultant skills with client needs.
• Lead full-cycle recruiting for Finance, Accounting, and Technology roles, including sourcing, interviews, assessment, selection, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
• Build external talent pipelines and networks across industries, functional areas, markets, and skill sets.
• Support consultant engagement, development, retention, deployment, and redeployment throughout the talent lifecycle.
• Monitor pipeline health, deployment activity, retention trends, and workforce gaps while improving processes through technology and data-driven decision-making.

Requirements

• 5+ years of progressive talent acquisition experience in staffing, consulting, or professional services.
• Experience recruiting Finance, Accounting, or Technology professionals.
• Demonstrated success developing talent strategies that support client demand, workforce needs, and business growth.
• Strong expertise in sourcing, talent assessment, workforce planning, consultant engagement, deployment, and retention.
• Experience with ATS platforms and sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter and hireEZ.
• A bachelor’s degree from a four-year accredited institution is preferred.
