MEP Construction Superintendent

Location: Vaasa, Finland; full-time, on-site and site-based

What you will do

• Manage all MEP-related activities across large-scale construction projects.
• Monitor day-to-day field activities, information flow, progress, quality, and safety issues.
• Coordinate snagging activities with clients, consultants, contractors, and project partners.
• Identify issues proactively and lead effective resolution with cross-functional teams.
• Implement and improve project procedures and processes in partnership with clients.
• Lead progress meetings and review proposed variations and construction delays.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Experience managing multiple large and complex construction projects.
• Project management experience in international environments, preferably on mission-critical facilities such as data centers.
• Strong understanding of HV/MV power transmission systems and MEP engineering principles.
• Experience managing general contractors, clients, and vendors.
• Knowledge of construction health and safety practices, with strong communication and collaboration skills.
