Facility Manager Specialist (2-Year Temporary Role) - Nyíregyháza Greenfield (Manufacturing)

Location: Nyíregyháza, Hungary. Full-time hybrid role with an assigned primary workplace and an average of 3 days per week in the office. Relocation support is not offered.

What you will do

• Support planned and preventive maintenance activities across the factory.
• Create and maintain job instructions and maintenance documentation.
• Operate and develop maintenance documentation and management systems.
• Assist with troubleshooting and operational problem-solving for facility systems.
• Organize and deliver professional training for operational teams.
• Help establish utility metering systems for HVAC operations and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• At least 5 years of experience in facility operations and maintenance.
• Experience managing HVAC, heating, cooling, water, or climate-related facility systems.
• Experience with utility meters, measurements, or metering systems.
• Professional communication skills in English.
• Experience using Microsoft Office applications for operational activities.

Nice to have

• AutoCAD experience in facility, maintenance, or engineering environments.
• Experience as a facility maintenance engineer.
• Experience coordinating technical training activities.
• Experience with maintenance documentation or maintenance management systems.
