Associate Product Manager (Salesforce)

Location: Montreal area, Canada; hybrid work with regular attendance at the Montreal headquarters

What you will do

• Build relationships with stakeholders across Sales, Go-to-Market, Product, Technology, and other business functions.
• Contribute to product roadmaps and prioritize Salesforce features based on business needs, user feedback, and organizational priorities.
• Document business processes, requirements, user scenarios, pain points, and improvement opportunities.
• Analyze business needs and propose scalable solutions that improve operational efficiency and business outcomes.
• Translate business requirements into actionable direction for technical teams and support delivery through the development lifecycle.
• Support Agile ceremonies, user acceptance testing, change management, training materials, communication plans, and solution adoption.

Requirements

• Experience in Product Management, Project Management, or Business Analysis for SaaS implementations.
• Intermediate knowledge of standard Salesforce features.
• Experience managing complex projects across multiple functional groups.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies such as Scrum, with strong organizational and prioritization skills.
• Ability to translate between business and technical stakeholders, lead design workshops, propose solutions, and create related artifacts.
• Fluent English is required as a working language.
