CSA Superintendent (Construction)

What you will do

• Manage civil, structural, and architectural construction activities.
• Deliver large-scale construction projects on schedule, within budget, and to high quality standards.
• Monitor field activities, information flow, progress, quality, and safety issues.
• Coordinate snagging activities with clients, consultants, contractors, and project partners.
• Lead progress meetings, resolve issues, and communicate project impacts.
• Review proposed variations and delays and improve project procedures.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or an equivalent engineering discipline.
• 7+ years of experience managing multiple large and complex construction projects.
• Project management experience in international environments, ideally involving mission-critical facilities such as data centers.
• Strong knowledge of HV/MV power transmission systems, CSA and MEP engineering principles, and local statutory requirements.
• Experience managing general contractors and vendors, with PMP certification or an equivalent qualification completed or in progress.
• Strong construction health and safety knowledge, communication, collaboration, leadership, and relationship-building skills.
