Salary: $62,500–$140,000 base salary per year

What you will do

• Design and develop AI and machine learning models for project requirements.
• Analyze and improve model performance using machine learning and deep learning technologies.
• Apply AI methods to enable computer vision, learning, and responses to complex situations.
• Collaborate with departments and customers to define requirements and understand business problems.
• Conduct independent and team-based research with guidance and identify opportunities to improve task-level operations.
• Communicate progress and challenges, deliver commitments, and seek resources when needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, machine learning, statistics, mathematics, electrical engineering, computational biology, physics, or a related field.
• 0–3 years of experience in machine learning, artificial intelligence, or a related area.
• Strong software development skills in Python, MATLAB, R, C++, or Java.
• Knowledge of software development best practices, including Git version control.
• Strong analytical, mathematical, problem-solving, organizational, communication, and time-management skills.
• Selected applicants must obtain and maintain a US Government Security Clearance.
