Senior Machine Learning Engineer (AI/ML)

Salary: $147,050–$230,850 USD annually, with additional bonus and/or equity opportunities for candidates in the United States.

What you will do

• Architect, develop, deploy, and maintain software solutions supporting machine learning model lifecycles.
• Build robust data pipelines, monitoring systems, and scalable large-scale data operations.
• Define data collection protocols, analyze data sources, and train, evaluate, and optimize machine learning models.
• Collaborate with business, analytics, and DevOps teams to translate requirements into AI/ML solutions and automate production deployment.
• Manage the compute cluster environment for hosting and serving models, including capacity planning, performance monitoring, resource allocation, and reliability.
• Participate in artificial intelligence and machine learning research and monitor developments in related technologies.

Requirements

• Four-year or graduate degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.
• Typically 7–10 years of experience in programming, machine learning, algorithms, statistical methods, or a related field.
• Experience with machine learning, deep learning, artificial intelligence, algorithms, and data science.
• Knowledge of Python, C++, CUDA, PyTorch, Kubernetes, vector databases, and infrastructure monitoring.
• Experience with AI/ML inference infrastructure, LLMOps, LLM evaluation, model quantization, RAG, GenAI, and natural language processing.
• Role location: Spring, Texas, United States of America.

Nice to have

• AWS Certified Machine Learning Specialty certification or equivalent.
