Salary: $82,300–$220,000 annual base salary

What you will do

• Design and develop AI and machine learning models for project requirements.
• Analyze and improve model performance using machine learning and deep learning techniques.
• Develop tools for data intelligence, generative AI, predictive maintenance, bioinformatics, and related R&D applications.
• Collaborate across departments and with customers to define requirements and understand technical problems.
• Conduct independent and team-based research with guidance.
• Communicate progress and challenges while improving task-level operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, machine learning, statistics, mathematics, electrical engineering, computational biology, physics, or a related field.
• 5–7 years of experience in machine learning, artificial intelligence, or a related area.
• Strong software development skills in Python, MATLAB, R, C++, or Java, including version control with Git.
• Excellent analytical, mathematical, problem-solving, organizational, communication, and time-management skills.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a US Government Security Clearance.
• Ability to learn new technical skills and support changing program needs.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree in a relevant field.
• New PhD graduates with less than one year of experience may be considered.
