About the Role

You will build and maintain production machine-learning pipelines for feature engineering, training, validation, and deployment. You will improve training and inference performance, integrate ML solutions into products, collaborate with risk and data partners, and support strong engineering practices for underwriting systems.

Requirements

• 5-7+ years of machine-learning engineering experience
• Python programming
• Java experience
• Experience with the full production ML model lifecycle
• Big-data pipeline experience
• Software engineering, data engineering, and MLOps knowledge
• Data science, statistics, and machine-learning knowledge
• PySpark
• Trino SQL
• TensorFlow
• PyTorch
• XGBoost or LightGBM
• Pandas
• MLflow or similar MLOps frameworks

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain scalable production ML pipelines
• Identify and fix ML training and inference performance bottlenecks
• Integrate ML solutions into products and services
• Collaborate with CreditOps and data teams on tools and priorities
• Support good engineering practices on product ML teams
