Warehouse Manager (Airport Operations)

Location: On-site warehouse facility in Fort Worth, Texas, United States, during regular business hours with occasional flexibility for operational needs.

What you will do

• Lead, motivate, schedule, train, and evaluate warehouse staff.
• Oversee inventory control, cycle counts, reconciliation, shipping, and receiving.
• Develop and implement procedures for storage, handling, and shipment of goods.
• Coordinate with logistics, procurement, and other departments to optimize material flow and delivery.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Maintain warehouse equipment and facilities, use warehouse management systems, and drive process improvements.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Warehouse Manager or in a similar operational leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, and logistics coordination.
• Familiarity with warehouse management software and technology.
• Leadership, communication, interpersonal, analytical, organizational, and time management skills.
• Commitment to safety standards and regulatory compliance, with the ability to resolve problems and implement practical solutions.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Nice to have

• Additional certifications in logistics or supply chain management.
