Assoc Internal Sales Dir - Core

Location: Onsite in Greenwood Village, Colorado, United States

Base salary: $43,600–$60,025 per year, with sales incentives and potential bonus opportunities.

What you will do

• Support the Internal Sales Desk in meeting and exceeding sales goals.
• Interact with constituent advisors, third-party administrators, and plan sponsors.
• Listen to constituent needs, ask clarifying questions, and deliver clear and accurate responses.
• Plan and prioritize daily activities to maximize the value of relationship-based interactions.
• Support proposal and paperwork processing, data management, and communication between internal departments.
• Develop toward promotion into an Internal Sales Director role covering assigned territories.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business or a related field preferred.
• FINRA Series 6 and Series 63 registrations required within established corporate timelines.
• FINRA fingerprinting required upon hire.
• Strong planning, organization, prioritization, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills with a proactive approach to relationship-building and lead generation.
• Must be authorized to work for any employer in the United States; employment visa sponsorship, including CPT/OPT sponsorship, is not available.
