What you will do

• Own and sustain one or more 300mm planar manufacturing toolsets, maintaining safety, cleanliness, and Copy Exactly standards.
• Monitor process control charts, equipment performance, and production metrics to maintain stable, excursion-free operations.
• Drive Model of Record availability and improve tool matching, equipment availability, cycle time, defectivity, yield, and factory output.
• Support technology introductions through equipment installations, conversions, qualifications, and production ramps.
• Develop improvement roadmaps for equipment health, process stability, yield enhancement, and operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, and maintenance teams on technology transfers and high-volume manufacturing goals.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related STEM field plus 3+ years of relevant experience, or a master’s degree plus 1+ year of relevant experience.
• Experience with semiconductor fabrication, planar manufacturing toolsets, or semiconductor equipment support.
• Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and data analysis skills in a high-volume manufacturing environment.
• Ability to work on-site in Albuquerque, New Mexico, United States.

• Experience supporting high-volume manufacturing ramps and technology transfer activities within the planar module.
• Experience sustaining and optimizing planar manufacturing toolsets.
• A track record of improving equipment availability, defectivity, yield, and manufacturing performance.
