Location: Greater Seattle Area, United States
Base pay for Washington applicants: $141,162.00–$197,626.80 per year; ranges may differ by site.

What you will do
- Lead software developers building applications that improve engineering efficiency within the Blue Engines business unit.
- Work with customers and stakeholders to define requirements, problem spaces, user stories, product vision, and roadmaps.
- Drive the full software development lifecycle across front-end and back-end systems, from design and implementation through testing and deployment.
- Coordinate priorities, developer requirements, product artifacts, demonstrations, sprints, and incremental releases.
- Collect user feedback and improve product versions, processes, and solutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer engineering, physics, mathematics, or an engineering field.
- At least 5 years of software or data product development experience.
- Experience in aerospace, manufacturing, and/or hardware verification and testing.
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex end-to-end software development and build trusting customer relationships.
- Must be a U.S. citizen or national, U.S. permanent resident, or lawfully admitted refugee or asylee.
Nice to have
- Experience with Windchill or other configuration management systems.
- Familiarity with AWS, Python, Next.js, RESTful or GraphQL APIs, and relational or non-relational databases.
- Experience with unit testing and test-driven development.
