Senior Product Manager (Cloud)

Location: Fully remote for residents of the listed U.S. states: Alabama, Arizona, California, Colorado, Connecticut, DC, Delaware, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Louisiana, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, Nevada, North Carolina, New Jersey, New York, Ohio, Oklahoma, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, South Carolina, Texas, Tennessee, Utah, Virginia, Washington, and Wisconsin. The role requires work from the contiguous United States. Candidates living outside the listed states will not be considered.

Salary: $98,000–$153,000 USD annually.

What you will do

• Define product vision, goals, success measures, direction, scope, priorities, features, user stories, and business metrics.
• Research and synthesize user needs, market information, business requirements, and technical approaches with designers, business analysts, and technical leads.
• Lead cross-functional delivery with engineers, designers, project managers, government partners, and contractors.
• Build stakeholder alignment and buy-in for product initiatives, roadmaps, and delivery decisions.
• Represent an outcome-centric and user-centric approach in discovery meetings with government agencies and contractors.
• Measure product progress and translate user and business data into tactical product improvements.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience managing cloud-based products or platforms within federal agencies or similarly regulated environments.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and facilitating collaboration across government and contractor organizations.
• Strong communication skills for briefing senior leadership, documenting decisions, and engaging diverse stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of cloud architectures, shared responsibility models, cloud security frameworks, and security controls.
• Familiarity with AWS, Azure, or other FedRAMP 20x-authorized cloud environments.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States is required, and the role does not provide visa sponsorship. Candidates may need to pass a government background check or obtain a security clearance.

• Understanding of ED/FSA missions, systems, and regulatory environments.
• CSPO, PMP, PMI-ACP, ITIL Foundation, cloud, security, or compliance certifications.
• Advanced degree in a relevant field.
