About the Role

You will audit preventive-maintenance work and CMMS records, verify data quality, prepare tenant SLA reporting, coordinate tenant service requests, administer access and badging approvals, provide delegated duty coverage, and maintain compliance and audit records.

Requirements

• 3–6 years in critical facilities, data center operations support, service delivery coordination, or QA/QC roles
• CMMS fluency
• Ability to audit maintenance records against OEM and procedural standards
• Customer-service aptitude for tenant-facing coordination
• Clear written reporting

Responsibilities

• Audit facilities-management operator preventive maintenance and work-order quality
• Own Keel-side CMMS data-quality acceptance
• Assemble tenant SLA reporting packages
• Coordinate tenant service requests to closure through the operator
• Administer Keel-side access-control and badging approvals
• Provide delegated duty coverage under the site rotation
• Maintain records for compliance, drills, and audit readiness
