2027 Investment Banking Summer Associate Program - Los Angeles (Investment Banking)

Location: Los Angeles, United States; the program is based in Los Angeles and requires applicants to be legally authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship.

Base pay: $175,000 annually, prorated for the duration of the summer.

What you will do

• Complete comprehensive training and gain hands-on experience across hirify.global Corporate & Investment Banking.
• Support strategic advice for corporate clients and help execute important business objectives.
• Contribute to capital-raising, acquisition, and other investment banking transactions.
• Develop financial solutions and strategies that help clients grow, innovate, and manage risk.
• Work with colleagues and clients across multiple geographies while building technical, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Build long-term client relationships through effective communication and client-focused service.

Requirements

• Current Master of Business Administration student with an expected graduation date of May or June 2028.
• At least 3 years of prior work experience.
• Strong English communication skills, both written and spoken.
• Strong analytical, quantitative, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage competing priorities, work independently, and contribute effectively in a team environment.
• Legal authorization to work full-time in the United States without employer sponsorship is required.

Nice to have

• Foreign language skills.
• Demonstrated intellectual curiosity, leadership, and a results-oriented approach.
