Warehouse Manager - Overnights

Location: On-site in Kenosha, Wisconsin, United States. Overnight schedule: Sunday–Thursday, 9:30 PM–6:00 AM.

Salary: $100,000–$140,000 per year

What you will do

• Manage overnight warehouse operations, including returns, receiving, put away, transfers, restocking, freight, parcels, and conversion.
• Lead and develop the overnight warehouse team.
• Drive exceptional customer service through effective night operations.
• Maintain high levels of operational accuracy.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Management experience and knowledge of warehouse procedures.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Availability for the Sunday–Thursday overnight schedule.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Experience with performance metrics and warehouse management systems.
