Customer Service Associate Representative - Accredo - Hybrid

Location: Honolulu, Hawaii; must live in Hawaii. Hybrid schedule with work from home 3 days and onsite work 2 days per week.

Salary: $17.75–$19 per hour, depending on experience and geographic location.

What you will do

• Respond to patient phone inquiries about pharmacy benefits.
• Use training and problem-solving skills to explain benefits and resolve questions.
• Listen empathetically, address concerns, and document all interactions.
• Assist with prescription refills and shipment scheduling.
• Resolve billing-related questions and coordinate support with the team.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• General PC knowledge, including Microsoft Office and Outlook.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Empathetic and genuine customer service skills.
• Must live in Hawaii to be considered.
• For remote work, cable broadband or fiber internet with at least 10 Mbps download and 5 Mbps upload is required.

Nice to have

• One year of relevant call center experience.
• One year of medical insurance or pharmacy experience.
