Maintenance Shop Tech C / PM Tech (Diesel Maintenance)

Location: Tinton Falls, NJ, USA; onsite fleet maintenance role.

What you will do

• Perform preventive maintenance on diesel and non-diesel trucks and equipment under the supervision of a lead technician, maintenance supervisor, or maintenance manager.
• Complete vehicle inspections, adjustments, oil changes, and fluid replenishment.
• Perform light repairs, including tire changes and basic electrical work such as replacing lights.
• Use diagnostic tools and visual inspections to identify equipment issues and common faults.
• Complete required company training and other related maintenance duties.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of relevant experience.
• Basic knowledge of vehicle mechanical and electrical systems.
• Ability to follow standard operating procedures and troubleshoot common faults.
• Valid driver’s license preferred.
• Ability to work onsite in Tinton Falls, New Jersey.

Nice to have

• Completion of a certified diesel maintenance program.
• ASE T8 Preventive Maintenance certification.
