Employment Litigation Associate

Location: Clayton, Missouri; the role is based in the St. Louis office and includes regular in-person attorney conferences.

What you will do

• Represent local and national employers in labor and employment law matters.
• Conduct legal research and draft legal memoranda, motions, pleadings, position statements, and dispositive motions.
• Handle discovery-related activities and investigations.
• Attend court conferences and communicate with clients, governmental agencies, and opposing counsel.
• Counsel clients on employment-law-related matters.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor degree.
• Must be licensed to practice law and in good standing in Missouri.
• Must obtain and maintain Illinois licensure within one year of hire.
• At least one year of litigation experience.
• Strong analytical, writing, and communication skills.
