Salary: $97,843–$152,880 per year, with an annual bonus target of 8%

What you will do

• Lead quality investigations into customer complaints, nonconforming products, process deviations, and quality incidents.
• Conduct root cause analyses and implement corrective and preventive actions using structured problem-solving methods.
• Prepare customer responses, including 8D reports, corrective action documentation, and quality performance communications.
• Monitor plant quality performance and manufacturing trends using SAP, LIMS, IP.21, production logs, and other data sources.
• Support supplier qualification, supplier corrective action requests, audits, and supplier performance improvement.
• Develop quality training, procedures, work instructions, and communications while promoting continuous improvement and operational excellence.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Engineering, Quality, Materials Science, or a related technical discipline; a high school diploma/GED with 15+ years of fluoropolymer manufacturing experience may be considered instead.
• At least five years of experience in manufacturing, quality, process engineering, or a technical environment.
• Experience leading root cause failure analysis and corrective action investigations.
• Working knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 and quality management system principles.
• Strong analytical, organizational, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder-influence skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and manufacturing information systems.

Nice to have

• CQE, CQA, Green Belt, or similar quality certification.
• Experience with Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, or Operational Excellence methodologies.
• Knowledge of SAP, LIMS, IP.21, Salesforce, and statistical process control tools.
• Experience with customer and supplier interactions, internal or supplier audits, and chemical, polymer, fluoroproduct, or highly regulated manufacturing.
