Tender Agent (Medtech)

Location: Madrid, Spain; hybrid working options available.

What you will do

• Support the end-to-end management of public and private customer tenders.
• Prepare, coordinate, and submit tender documentation within required deadlines.
• Ensure compliance with public procurement requirements.
• Coordinate with logistics, sales, marketing, and other internal stakeholders.
• Conduct background research, document searches, and data collection for tender preparation.
• Support proposal review, final sign-off, CRM tracking, reporting, and sample order placement.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in contract and/or tender management.
• Background or strong interest in administration or legal topics.
• Strong administrative, organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, conflicting priorities, and strict deadlines.
• Proficiency in Spanish is required.
• Good command of MS Office and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Nice to have

• Proficiency in Portuguese.
• Experience with CRM systems and process improvement.
