Treasury Specialist (Senior Treasury Analyst)

Location: Remote — Philippines; requires six hours of daily overlap with US Pacific business hours, Monday through Friday.

What you will do

• Maintain daily and weekly cash positions across bank accounts, legal entities, ownership groups, and clients.
• Prepare wires and ACH transactions, verify payment instructions, track cutoffs, and follow settlements, returns, rejects, and recalls through resolution.
• Maintain lender banking forms, ACH authorizations, debt-service schedules, and payment-clearing records.
• Review payables against available cash, recommend payment priorities, and build payment batches for approval.
• Set up treasury processes for new clients and properties, including accounts, signers, portals, payment templates, and recurring debits.
• Support bank migrations by tracking account openings, funding, parallel runs, cutovers, recurring payments, and closures.

Requirements

• Finance or accounting background through a relevant degree or equivalent professional experience.
• At least four years of experience in treasury, cash management, accounts payable, or bank operations, including hands-on wire and ACH execution.
• Experience managing cash across many bank accounts, legal entities, and distinct clients simultaneously.
• Advanced Excel skills, including lookups, pivot tables, and detailed reconciliations.
• Strong written English and the ability to identify and escalate problems early.
• Reliable home internet, a quiet workspace, and a backup connection are required to support the Pacific Time overlap.

Nice to have

• Real estate or property management accounting experience, including trust or client-funds handling.
• Experience with AppFolio or a comparable property management accounting platform.
• Experience with commercial bank portals, positive pay, ACH origination files, lender servicing, or loan payment administration.
• Experience documenting procedures for newly established processes.
