Treasury & PayOps Analyst (Fintech)

Location: USA; must be based on the US West Coast or work hours aligned with Pacific Time, from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM PT

Salary: $70,000–$90,000 USD per year

What you will do

• Process and monitor manual and automated transactions, including deposits, client payments, and returned funds.
• Manage liquidity movements, cash flow, offline liquidity providers, and exchanges.
• Resolve payment queries, failed transactions, reconciliation breaks, and operational discrepancies.
• Collaborate with merchant support, compliance, monitoring, treasury, and external financial partners.
• Support safeguarding, EMI reconciliation, counterparty risk management, and internal treasury policy compliance.
• Maintain standard operating procedures and contribute to payment-system optimization.

Requirements

• Experience in treasury, payment operations, or financial services is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail, analytical ability, prioritization, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and external partners.
• Fluent English with strong written and verbal communication skills is required.
• Ability to provide occasional weekend on-call coverage and some bank-holiday coverage.
• Ability to work within the required Pacific Time schedule or be based on the US West Coast.
