Treasury Manager, Global Treasury Operations (Crypto)

Location: Toronto, Canada; hybrid work with managers and teams deciding which 10+ days per month to work in the office

Annual base salary: $136,000–$170,000 CAD

What you will do

• Prepare, assess, and process cash flow transactions, including payroll, tax, bank fees, and treasury payments.
• Manage entity funding, capital calls, loans, grants, intercompany funding, and settlement oversight.
• Oversee daily cash operations, bank account reconciliations, account configurations, bank feeds, and centralized bank data.
• Support audits, FBAR compliance, restricted account and letter of credit monitoring, KYC, signatory updates, and user access management.
• Manage digital asset funding, stablecoin RLUSD treasury operations, OTC trading support, and AP and corporate payments using crypto assets.
• Manage bank and exchange relationships, treasury systems, account openings and closures, GTreasury implementation, and AI, Jira, and automation initiatives.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in corporate treasury operations, preferably in a high-growth startup or multinational environment.
• Expertise in domestic, cross-border, FX, and digital asset payments.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, presentation, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Experience with a SaaS treasury management system such as GTreasury or Kyriba is an advantage.
