Trade Compliance Coordinator (Customs Compliance)

What you will do

• Provide customs compliance expertise and regulatory guidance to customers and internal stakeholders.
• Ensure import and export activities comply with applicable laws, regulations, customer requirements, and company policies.
• Review customs documentation, resolve compliance issues, and coordinate shipment processing with brokers and operational teams.
• Monitor performance metrics, manage compliance requests, and maintain high service standards.
• Support regulatory awareness, continuous improvement, strategic projects, and business initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent working experience.
• 1–3 years of related experience in customs compliance, import, or export operations is preferred.
• Understanding of international trade and customs regulations, Incoterms, and supply chain impacts.
• Knowledge of international air and ocean transport logistics processes.
• Strong customer service, negotiation, communication, interpersonal, time management, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Ability to identify risks, prioritize tasks, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
