Recruiter (Staffing)

Location: Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic

What you will do

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, interviewing, testing, candidate evaluation, and offer negotiation.
• Partner with clients and hiring managers to understand hiring needs and assess recruiting effectiveness.
• Build and maintain client relationships to support current and future job orders.
• Design and implement sourcing strategies to attract experienced and senior-level candidates.
• Coordinate management interviews, candidate travel, university interviews, career fairs, conferences, and other recruitment projects.
• Act as an independent recruiting advisor and contribute creative solutions to special projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• 1–2 years of recruiting experience.
• Experience proactively sourcing candidates.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Strong organization, attention to detail, customer focus, relationship-building, and ability to adapt to changing priorities.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

• Staffing agency recruitment experience.
