What you will do

• Respond to customer needs and provide accurate, timely service using available banking resources.
• Evaluate customer needs and recommend appropriate financial products and services through needs-based conversations.
• Process deposits, withdrawals, check cashing, loan payments, and other routine teller transactions.
• Support sales, retention, growth, and profitability initiatives while meeting individual and team goals.
• Maintain compliance with federal and state regulations, bank policies, branch audits, and operational requirements.
• Coach and support banking center colleagues, help onboard new bankers, and serve as a role model.

Requirements

• Legal authorization to work full time in the United States without employer sponsorship is required.
• High school diploma or GED required; an associate or bachelor's degree is advanced education.
• Three or more years of customer service and needs-based banking sales experience preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, and motivate colleagues.
• Working knowledge of banking products, services, and branch transaction-processing systems.
• Ability to work a flexible or rotating schedule, including possible Saturdays, Sundays, extended hours, and travel to alternate banking centers.

Nice to have

• Supervisory experience.
• Established work history or equivalent experience gained through training, military service, or education.
