Senior Customer & Content Marketing Manager

Location: 100% remote within the USA

Salary: $100,000–$140,000 per year base pay, plus bonus, equity, and benefits. Colorado range: $110,000–$130,000.

hirify.global develops veterinary software, procurement, home delivery ecommerce, and practice management platforms used by veterinary hospitals across the United States.

What you will do

• Plan and write clinic communications about product updates, new features, and offerings.
• Build a customer case study program by interviewing clinics, capturing results, and producing marketing materials.
• Develop clinic engagement and recognition programs, managing budgets, vendors, logistics, and execution.
• Create educational videos and resources for pet parents, coordinating scripts, veterinary subject matter experts, production, and reviews.
• Partner with Product, manufacturers, supply chain partners, and cross-functional teams to bring educational content into products and customer touchpoints.
• Establish scalable content processes, support hirify.global’s brand presence, and measure engagement and customer feedback.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in customer marketing, content marketing, or community marketing, ideally in B2B software or healthcare.
• Excellent writing and editing skills, with the ability to explain complex topics clearly to veterinary teams, pet parents, and partners.
• Experience taking marketing or content programs from concept through launch with direct execution ownership.
• Strong project management skills across multiple workstreams, deadlines, vendors, and review processes.
• Experience producing or coordinating video content, including scripting and working with subject matter experts and external creators.
• Ability to work remotely within the USA; hirify.global is unable to sponsor work visas.
