TL;DR
Systems Administrator (AI) (SaaS/SSO): Maintaining SaaS applications, identity integrations, network infrastructure, and end-user devices with an accent on troubleshooting, Google Workspace, Jamf, and AI platform administration. Focus on configuring secure SSO integrations, resolving technical support issues, supporting LLM platforms, and improving user experiences with Engineering and Product teams.
Location: New York, NY; hybrid work with attendance at the NYC offices three days per week
Salary: $50–$55 per hour

What you will do
- Configure, troubleshoot, and monitor SaaS applications and workplace infrastructure.
- Maintain SSO and identity provider integrations using SAML, OAuth, and OIDC.
- Manage and resolve technical support tickets.
- Install and maintain LAN/WAN and other network infrastructure.
- Administer end-user devices and Jamf policies and profiles.
- Collaborate with Engineering and Product to improve user experiences.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in a technical role with increasing responsibility.
- Experience implementing SSO with an identity provider and administering Jamf.
- Thorough understanding of Google Workspace and common workplace SaaS applications.
- Understanding of data types, REST APIs, MCP servers, networking concepts, and network appliances.
- Experience managing LLM platforms and supporting users with AI tools.
- Ability to work from the NYC offices three days per week, with strong troubleshooting, communication, and collaboration skills.
Nice to have
- Automation experience using scripting or integrations.
- Experience with IT compliance frameworks such as HIPAA, SOC 2, or PCI DSS.
- Experience with Dante, NDI, and storage solutions.
