Systems Administrator (Crypto)

Location: Remote in the USA or Canada, with optional access to hubs in New York City or Berlin.

What you will do

• Manage employee onboarding and offboarding, including hardware provisioning, account creation, deprovisioning, and access revocation.
• Own endpoint management and security across company laptops.
• Manage VPN, Wi-Fi, DNS, firewall rules, and network infrastructure for office and remote access.
• Maintain asset inventories and coordinate hardware and software procurement with vendors.
• Monitor internal systems uptime, respond to IT tickets and incidents, and roll out new internal tools.
• Support audits and security reviews by maintaining documentation and evidence.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Systems Administrator, IT Administrator, or in a similar role.
• Experience administering Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 and an SSO or identity provider.
• Working knowledge of VPN, DNS, firewalls, and Wi-Fi.
• Familiarity with SOC 2 and compliance frameworks relevant to fintech or crypto companies.
• Ability to work independently, document runbooks and access records, and apply least-privilege security practices.

• Experience in digital assets, crypto, fintech, regulated industries, or Series A–C startups.
• Experience supporting distributed, remote-first workforces.
