Data Manager, Brazil (Data & Analytics)

What you will do

• Lead the lifecycle of data products from ideation and development through deployment and optimization.
• Manage the tracking strategy for a major e-commerce business in Mexico.
• Analyze behavioral metrics and create data visualizations that support marketing and product initiatives.
• Lead cross-functional teams of data scientists, engineers, and analytics specialists.
• Define roadmaps, prioritize competing data initiatives, and align stakeholders on requirements and value.
• Monitor product performance, KPIs, data governance, architecture, and infrastructure.

Requirements

• English: C1 or above
• Experience working with international clients.
• Experience with major cloud platforms: Azure, AWS, or GCP.
• Experience with Databricks or Snowflake.
• Strong strategic thinking, product mindset, and value-based prioritization skills.
• Proven team leadership experience with a hands-on approach.

Nice to have

• Experience in data platforms, data visualization, or advanced analytics.
• Experience with on-premises and data cloud migrations.
• Experience with project management tools.
• Experience with AI/ML.
• Spanish reading, writing, and speaking skills.
