Head of Data & Analytics (Microsoft Fabric): Leading the enterprise data and analytics function, including the data platform, governance, data products, and analytics delivery across a global organization with an accent on Microsoft Fabric, Databricks, Power BI, and AI-ready data foundations. Focus on defining the operating model, building trusted and scalable data capabilities, and leading transformation across data engineering, architecture, analytics, and enablement.
Location: EU / EEA at any location; hybrid work arrangement; valid visa for the country of employment required

What you will do
- Define and execute the enterprise Data & Analytics strategy, operating model, roadmap, and investment priorities.
- Lead delivery of curated data models, reusable data products, dashboards, and analytics services.
- Own the shared data platform, including architecture, ingestion, processing, engineering standards, reliability, security, observability, capacity, and cost management.
- Establish standards for data quality, ownership, access, lineage, cataloging, lifecycle management, compliance, and operational controls.
- Partner with business domains through full-service delivery and governed self-service models.
- Build and lead a global team across data architecture, platform engineering, data management, analytics delivery, and enablement.
Requirements
- Senior leadership experience in Data & Analytics within a global matrix organization.
- Experience leading enterprise data platforms, data engineering, governance, analytics delivery, and operating model transformation.
- Deep understanding of modern cloud data platforms, BI and analytics ecosystems, security, controls, and AI-ready data foundations.
- Demonstrated ability to build and develop high-performing teams.
- Strategic, commercially astute leadership with the ability to translate enterprise vision into measurable business value.
- Fluent or professional English, written and verbal; valid visa for the country of employment.
