Affiliate Marketing Manager (Beauty/Personal Care)

Location: Hybrid in Ewing, New Jersey or New York City, USA, with required in-person attendance. Ewing attendance is required Tuesdays through Thursdays; New York City attendance is required Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays. Remote work is available on the remaining weekdays.

Salary: $110,900–$157,900 base salary per year, plus bonus eligibility.

What you will do

• Build and execute Touchland’s US affiliate strategy across ShopMy, LTK, TikTok Shop, and Amazon.
• Recruit, onboard, educate, and retain creators and affiliate partners aligned with the brand.
• Manage commissions, performance goals, affiliate agreements, tracking tools, links, codes, and UTMs.
• Monitor GMV, ROI, conversion quality, incremental customer revenue, forecasting, and commission spend.
• Collaborate with channel, brand, social, PR, creator, influencer, creative, and consumer relations teams.
• Ensure affiliate activity follows Touchland policies, FTC disclosure requirements, platform guidelines, and brand-safety standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in affiliate marketing, creator or influencer marketing, or digital marketing, ideally in DTC or CPG.
• Hands-on experience with at least one of ShopMy, LTK, TikTok Shop, or Amazon Associates/Influencer Program.
• Experience with e-commerce and affiliate analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Shopify Analytics, or platform-native dashboards.
• Working knowledge of attribution mechanics, affiliate links, discount codes, UTMs, landing pages, and incremental revenue analysis.
• Expertise in beauty or personal care is required.
