Senior Director, Growth Technology & Platforms (AI Growth Technology)

Location: Hybrid role based in San Francisco, Los Angeles, or Palo Alto, California

Salary: $240,000–$280,000 annual base pay for Los Angeles; San Francisco and Palo Alto ranges are referenced separately. Other locations may receive geographic adjustments subject to authorization.

What you will do

• Set the strategy, roadmap, investment priorities, and build-versus-buy decisions for growth technology capabilities.
• Lead and develop a multidisciplinary organization of approximately 10 people across MarTech Engineering, marketing data foundations, technical program management, and Organic Growth.
• Build shared platforms for measurement, audience activation, experimentation, creative technology, and marketing data.
• Develop centralized capabilities across SEO, ASO, GEO, and AI Search, including tooling and scalable playbooks.
• Scale AI-enabled campaign automation, performance intelligence, human-in-the-loop workflows, and agentic solutions.
• Partner with Marketing, Product, Engineering, Data, Analytics, and AI/ML leaders to deliver portfolio-wide growth initiatives.

Requirements

• 12+ years of experience in marketing technology, growth engineering, or platform leadership.
• Experience building and leading multidisciplinary teams across engineering, data, program management, product, or growth.
• Experience owning technology roadmaps, prioritization models, business impact, vendors, and build-versus-buy decisions.
• Technical depth in architecture, platforms, data, identity, audiences, activation, and automation.
• Experience translating analytics, data science, experimentation, and ML requirements into scalable growth systems.
• Experience with consumer growth or performance marketing ecosystems, including mobile marketing, paid media, first-party signals, and audience infrastructure.

• Experience in consumer subscription or multi-brand portfolio businesses.
• Exposure to SEO, ASO, GEO, AI Search, creative technology, personalization, or conversion optimization.
