Senior Product Manager (iGaming)

Location: Full-time in-office position in Vaughan, Ontario, Canada

What you will do

• Own product roadmaps from discovery through delivery and iteration.
• Translate business goals into structured BRDs, PRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Identify opportunities across onboarding, payments, bonusing, gamification, and retention touchpoints.
• Lead sprint planning, backlog grooming, release coordination, and end-to-end delivery with engineering and QA.
• Partner with design to review wireframes, prototypes, UX flows, edge cases, and product quality.
• Work with legal, compliance, brand, operations, and leadership to deliver compliant features.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience, including at least 2 years at a senior level.
• Proven ability to independently own products and drive execution in complex, fast-paced environments.
• Strong experience collaborating with engineering teams and writing clear product specifications.
• Strong project, timeline, risk, stakeholder, and written communication skills.
• Ability to operate in ambiguity and identify UX inconsistencies, edge cases, and gaps in acceptance criteria.
• Ability to work in-office in Vaughan, Ontario.

Nice to have

• Background in iGaming, sweepstakes casino, fintech, or regulated consumer platforms.
• Experience with gamification systems, bonus engines, loyalty programs, payment flows, KYC, responsible gaming, or multi-currency systems.
• Familiarity with sweepstakes legal frameworks, US state-by-state compliance, or Ontario iGaming regulations.
• Experience with Jira, monday.com, Linear, Figma, PAM platforms, CRM tools, or lifecycle marketing systems.
• Experience with multi-brand or white-label product environments.
