Director, Product Management, Core Products (iGaming)

Location: Remote, Canada

Salary: $185,000–$230,000 CAD per year

What you will do

• Define and drive the product strategy and roadmap for Core Products across Identity & Trust, Payments & Fraud, and Internal Tools.
• Lead, coach, and develop Product Managers, including managers and senior individual contributors.
• Own registration, identity verification, login, account access, funding, withdrawals, and account management experiences.
• Build shared capabilities for online Sportsbook and Casino products and connect digital and retail customer experiences.
• Improve payment performance, fraud prevention, customer protection, compliance, and Responsible Gaming experiences.
• Modernize internal tools and workflows while partnering with Engineering, Design, Analytics, Compliance, Risk, Operations, Legal, Finance, and business leaders.

Requirements

• 8+ years of product management experience and 2+ years of people leadership experience.
• Experience managing managers and senior individual contributors across multiple product areas.
• Experience setting product strategy, creating focused roadmaps, and measuring outcomes with data and KPIs.
• Background in identity, authentication, onboarding, KYC, payments, fraud, risk, trust and safety, compliance, or internal tooling.
• Strong technical fluency, including experience with platforms, APIs, integrations, scalability, reliability, and complex technical systems.
• Experience balancing customer experience, growth, risk, regulatory requirements, and operational needs in complex or regulated environments.

Nice to have

• Experience in online gaming, fintech, financial services, marketplaces, commerce, or another regulated digital business.
