Senior Product Marketing Manager (AI)

Location: United States; remote role

Salary: $128,000–$159,000 per year plus equity

What you will do

• Own the marketing strategy, market perception, and storytelling for AI features and product capabilities.
• Use customer insights, competitive analysis, analytics, and feedback to shape product marketing and commercial strategies.
• Plan and coordinate go-to-market strategies and launches for new AI products across marketing channels.
• Design A/B tests and experiments, monitor product performance, and refine strategies based on results and market changes.
• Translate open-ended opportunities into actionable plans and orchestrate launch activities with cross-functional teams.
• Equip Sales and Customer Success with product narratives, tools, and materials, while mentoring junior team members.

Requirements

• 5–7 years of experience in Marketing, Strategy, or a related field.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Direct experience marketing AI features or AI-powered products.
• Strategic experience in integrated go-to-market campaigns, strategy development, and execution across multiple channels.
• Experience collaborating cross-functionally and driving shared KPIs.
• Experience using AI tools and automation to improve team efficiency or output quality.
