What you will do
- Manage daily assignment operations, inventory levels, staffing, and customer-specific SLA performance.
- Review program volumes, operational health, trends, and escalated needs with regional supervisors and leadership.
- Monitor workforce, workflow, and volume abnormalities and coordinate with application support, DMV partners, and regional supervisors.
- Respond to customer escalations and operational incidents, including outages, application failures, and facility closures.
- Design and maintain databases and spreadsheets for service statistics and workforce performance.
- Analyze staffing models, forecasts, and business impacts; recommend overtime, schedule changes, and other workforce adjustments.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business or computer science preferred, or equivalent work experience.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong leadership, time management, and critical thinking skills.
- Understanding of statistics, trend analysis, and forecasting.
